TARIFF NO. 4

SECTION I: Selling Commissions

A. Regular Livestock Sales
1. Cattle sold by the pound
a. All Feeder and Slaughter Cattle $1.00/cwt or $7.50/hd min.
b. Volume discount of $.3/cwt off of the regular commission for
consignments exceeding 40,0000 lbs. Regular commission,
including minimums, will be figured with the discount applying to the
amount over 40,000 lbs.
(Example: 120 calves at 500 lbs and 60,000 lbs total, regular
commission $900.00; seller will receive a $60.00 discount on 20,000
lbs to make total commission $860.00.)

2. Cattle sold by the head
a. All Baby Calves 2% or $6.00/hd min.
b. All Bred Cows 2% or $15.00/hd min.
c. All Cow/Calf Pairs 2% or $17.50/Pr. min.
d. Breeding Bulls 2% or $25.00/hd min.
e. All Other Cattle 2% or $10.00/hd min.
3. Sheep and Goats
a. All sheep by the pound $1.00/cwt or $1.75/hd min.
b. All Ewe/Lamb Pairs 2% or $3.50/Pr min.
c. All sheep by the head 2% or 2.50/hd min.
4. Hogs
a. All Hogs sold by the pound $1.00/cwt or $2.00/hd min.
b. All Hogs sold by the head 2% or 2.00/hd min.
5. Horses and Mules 5% or 10.00/hd min.
B. Special Livestock Sales
1. Commissions for Special auctions such as Registered Sales,
dispersal’s, etc. which require special handling, service, advertising,
etc., will be charged according to prior agreement made between the
sellers and the auction company.

SECTION II: Feed and Yardage

A. All selling commissions include feed and water and yardage for the day of
the sale with the exception of horses.

1. Horses will be charged $2.75 per day feed charge if brought in
the day before the sale or left two days after the sale, or if fed on sale
day.
2. All livestock brought in the day before the sale or left two days
after the sale will be charged as follows.
a. All cattle $1.50 per hd per day
b. All sheep and goats $0.30 per hd per day
c. All hogs $2.00 per hd per day
3. Yardage will be charged on all cattle as follows.
a. Weigh Cows/Bred Cows/Pairs $0.75 per hd
b. Calves/Yearlings $0.50 per hd
c. Weigh Bulls/Breeding Bulls $1.00 per head

PLEASE NOTE: The feeding, watering and care of livestock is part of the service we extend to our customers. Any special requests for feed or special feeding instructions, or if it becomes necessary to feed livestock which have not been consigned to this facility, the auction company will charge for the cost of feed plus the cost of feeding at our discretion!

SECTION III: Health and Brand Inspection

A. All brand inspection fees for the State of Wyoming and health fees will be
collected at cost.

SECTION IV: Insurance for all livestock

A. All insurance charges will be .05 per $100.00 of gross sales.

SECTION V: Vet Services

A. All vet services will be performed by an accredited veterinarian at the
auction market. The charges for these services will be comparable and
uniform and will be furnished at cost to our customers.

SECTION VI: No Sale Charges

A. All cattle, sheep and hogs will be charged 1/2 the selling
commission on the last auctioneer’s bid plus an additional
charges which may have been accumulated while in the
auction yards.
B. All Horses shall be charged 1/2 the selling commission on the last
auctioneer’s bid plus any additional charges which may have been
accumulated while in the auction yards.

SECTION VII: Beef and Sheep Promotion Charges

A. All beef and Sheep promotion charges will be collected as required by
law.

SECTION VIII: Miscellaneous Charges.

A. Livestock Chute Charge $0.25 per hd
B. Branding $1.00 per hd
C. Mouthing of Ewes $0.25 per hd
D. Bagging of Ewes $0.25 per hd
